About this patient:This 25-year-old, 5-foot 10-inch, 145-pound male patient presented with gynecomastia. The subareolar glandular tissue was excised using a Webster incision. After surgery, he had a firmer, flatter chest with a more masculine contour. Good symmetry was obtained.
